How can I order from you?

  1. Click the product you would like to purchase,
  2. Select the desired color and size, then click ‘Add to cart’,
  3. If you want to add more items to the cart, click 'Continue shopping'
  4. Simply repeat steps 1-3 above until you've added everything you want to order to your virtual cart.
  5. Click on Cart icon at the top right corner of the page.
  6. if you need to change the quantity of one product, click on the arrows in the quantity field. Then click 'Update' button.
  7. In the Shopping cart Click the ‘Check out’ button.
  8. Follow the instructions to enter your shipping address, and then your payment details. Do make sure you follow through the whole process by clicking on "Pay now" or "Complete Order" before you close the website
  9. Please be attentive when filling your email address, we will send your order confirmation and tracking number there later.
  10. You have placed your order successfully :), you will see a page with your Order number.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay with PayPal.
With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely online.
Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance.

Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you could make the payment. Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account. Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). Foorooyoo.com doesn’t receive your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is FREE WORLDWIDE, and by that we mean that we ship to each and every country, free of charge.

I have placed an order, when will my order be shipped?

Order processing time is between 3-7 business days and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch. Once an order has been processed, it will then be shipped out, and a tracking number will be made available to you.

Why does the shipping begin several days after I have placed my order?

After we receive your order, we conduct control checks in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 3~7 days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status.

I made mistake in my order, can I change it?

Please, always double check if you have placed your order correctly. Please alert us about any modification requests maximally two days after you have placed your order (e.g. before the shipping starts). We cannot change anything in your order after it has been shipped.

Why split an order into several orders?

Here are some reasons:

- The order has too many products and they all don’t fit into one box.

- Some products in the order are back ordered

- Some products in the order didn’t pass the 1st-time quality checking and on its
2nd-time quality checking.

- Some items are out of stock temporarily.

Which shipping companies do you work with?

We work with international shipping companies that provide free shipping method, as it is stated in our shipping policy. We also work with third party courier services. After the parcel’s arrival, the respective national post is responsible for the delivery.

Packages that are unclaimed/rejected/returned

All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item's value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.

I mistyped my shipping address, what can I do?

Please note that we cannot make edits to the shipping address after the shipping had begun. Please alert us about any modification requests maximally two days after you have placed your order.

Сan I pay in a currency other than the dollar?

All prices stated on our website are in United States Dollars (US$). Every payment is executed through bank transactions, therefore the currency exchange is automated and fixed to the exchange rate of the National Bank. This is informative only, at the checkout it'll display the amount in USD.

Do you accept returns if an item does not fit or I don't like it?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please do drop us an email within 14 days of receiving your order. If you do decide to return it to us, you will either be given store credit or allowed to exchange the returned item for another item of equal or lower value.  

We do not charge any types of restocking or handling fees, however, please note that buyers are responsible to pay for the return shipping/postage costs and we will not be able to reimburse these costs.
